Integral Ad Science Named a 2014 Best Place to Work in New York City

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Oct 1, 2014) - Integral Ad Science, the leading global provider of actionable advertising intelligence for buyers and sellers of digital media, today announced that it was named as one of Crain's New York Business 2014 Best Places to Work in New York City. Crain's New York Business, the Human Resource Association of New York, the Society of Human Resource Management and Best Companies Group created this seventh annual program.

This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in New York City, benefiting the city's economy, workforce and businesses. This year's list is comprised of 100 companies, up from 75 in 2013.

Companies from across the city entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in New York City. The first part (25 percent of the ranking) consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part (75 percent of the ranking) involved an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.

The strong corporate culture at Integral Ad Science is a key contributor to the company's placement on Crain's Best Places to Work list and similar honors year after year. Integral's many "people initiatives," such as employee awards, contests and team building exercises, bolster the company's retention rate as well as the internal promotion rate. Current employees point to additional perks like free lunches on Fridays, summer Fridays and quarterly team events as reasons why they love their jobs.

Contracted independent research firm Best Companies Group supplied the data, and is responsible for the entire registration and survey process, analysis of the data and final rankings. Organizations making the list will be honored at an event Dec. 5.
