Integral Vision, Inc. Announces Repeat SharpEye™ System Orders From Its Largest Customer

WIXOM, MI--(Marketwire - February 26, 2009) - Integral Vision, Inc. (OTCBB: INVI), a leading global supplier of automated display inspection technology, today announced it has received an additional order for the Company's SharpEye™ inspection system from its largest customer. These systems will be used to inspect MEMS displays that will be manufactured in Taiwan. Delivery of these systems is expected to be complete in the first half of 2009.

"We are gratified by the follow-on order from our largest customer for the Company's SharpEye inspection system," said Charles J. Drake, chairman and CEO of Integral Vision, Inc. "The MEMS display manufacturing facility in Taiwan is on track to reach volume production later this year. These displays are being adopted by a large number of companies that desire the power efficiency of these displays for hand-held devices. We expect to provide inspection of this display at several locations in the production process. Only one of these locations is fully specified and the number of orders we currently have is only a small portion of the volume expected by the end of this year. Furthermore, this plant has planned continuous expansion for several years."

Drake continued, "In the first quarter of 2009, we expect to have shipments from our backlog that exceed last year's sales. In addition to this particular MEMS customer, we expect to see sales increase in other areas, particularly in the e-Paper market." Drake concluded, "We are confident that our product traction and customer acceptance positions Integral Vision to have a strong year in spite of present economic turmoil."
