IntegriGuard Board Appoints New CEO

Former Social Security Inspector General Brings Three Decades' Experience to Medicare Fraud Prevention Firm

OMAHA, NE -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 3, 2005 -- IntegriGuard, LLC, a national Medicare fraud detection and prevention firm based in Omaha, announced today the appointment of James G. Huse, Jr. to the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The appointment was effective July 19, 2005.

Most recently serving as the Inspector General of Social Security, Mr. Huse is a former Assistant Director of the United States Secret Service and a former military intelligence officer in the United States Army. He has more than three decades of experience in law enforcement, crisis operations, asset and critical infrastructure protection, and accountability oversight and assurance. Mr. Huse is also recognized as a national expert on identity fraud.

Through its Medicare fraud and abuse detection work, IntegriGuard has assisted the Department of Justice (DOJ) in recoveries of more than $1.5 billion, and identified overpayments in excess of $1.7 billion, since its inception in 2003.

In accepting the CEO role, Mr. Huse has resigned his position on the IntegriGuard Board of Directors, which he has held since 2004.
