Integrity Interactive Delivers New Online Sexual Harassment Training to Help Clients Comply With California AB 1825

Interactive Two-Hour Course Suite Allows Employers to Effectively Train California Supervisors Before January 1, 2006 Deadline

WALTHAM, MA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 28, 2005 -- Integrity Interactive, a leading provider of web-based corporate ethics and compliance services, today announced a complete suite of online training courses designed to meet the new California sexual harassment two-hour training requirement for supervisors. Leveraging the success of Integrity's interactive story-based methodology, the new suite of courses helps companies to meet the statutory requirement to provide training to their California supervisors and managers.

Under the California statute AB1825, employers must provide two hours of sexual harassment training and education to all supervisory employees by January 1, 2006, and continue to provide this training to each supervisory employee once every two years. Integrity's California sexual harassment training suite addresses the unique challenges companies face in offering two hours of effective, accountable sexual harassment training to managers and supervisors within a state mandated deadline.

"Integrity has taken great care to meet the new California statutory requirements," said Kirk Jordan, vice president, Integrity Interactive. "These courses provide an engaging and effective learning experience, and like all Integrity courses, leverage our industry-leading expertise and best practices to deliver a solution that companies can feel secure about for their ongoing ethics and compliance needs."

Integrity's California sexual harassment training includes the following three courses, each designed to be completed in 40 minutes --

-- Preventing Sexual Harassment: teaches supervisors about the Company's
harassment policy, what to do if there's a problem, and responsibilities as
    a supervisor.
-- Recognizing Sexual Harassment: teaches supervisors about the Company's
harassment policy and how to recognize various forms of harassment,
    discrimination and retaliation.
-- Mutual Respect for Managers and Supervisors: covers a supervisor's
responsibilities regarding sexual harassment and discrimination in the
workplace and provides guidance on what to do if there's a problem.
To make it even easier for California employers to comply with this new statute, Integrity's courses include a timer to ensure the two-hour timeline is met and an Ask the Expert feature to allow for employee questions and interaction. Integrity's unique subscription management system also identifies supervisory employees who need to take this training, and can enroll employees in the curriculum after they are promoted to a supervisory position.

Integrity's California sexual harassment training is available now and can be easily customized to meet specific company needs or culture.
