IntelAccount Names Peter Mares to Advisory Board; Jonathan Blood Heads Sales and Business Development

MINNEAPOLIS, MN--(Marketwire - September 18, 2007) - IntelAccount, Inc., a provider of Web-based accounts payable (A/P) processing and document management services to small- and mid-sized businesses, announced the addition of Peter Mares, 44, to its corporate advisory board, and Jonathan Blood, 41, as vice president, sales and business development for the company.

Mares has 20 years of professional services experience in public accounting and private industry. He is senior managing director and a founding partner of Outsource Partners International, Inc. (OPI), and has been instrumental in making OPI the largest North American Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider in finance and accounting. With three-year revenue growth of 439 percent, OPI ranks 311th on the 2006 Inc. 500 list, and operates out of seven offices in the United States, as well as service centers in Bangalore and Kochi, India, and Sophia, Bulgaria. Prior to OPI, Mares was a partner with KPMG and co-founded the firm's BPO practice, serving as BPO partner-in-charge, Mid Atlantic region.

Mares is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of CPAs. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance, George Washington University, Washington, D.C., and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from James Madison University, Harrisonburg, VA.

Jonathan Blood, vice president, sales and business development, brings more than 16 years of top-level industry sales experience in the BPO sector to IntelAccount, along with a strong track record of developing new vertical market opportunities and product applications.

Prior to joining IntelAccount, Blood was vice president of sales, global BPO solutions group, for HOV Services Limited, formerly Lason Inc., a $200 million, top 25 global back-office outsourcing company providing accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) finance and billing applications. In this capacity he was responsible for key account sales, as well as strategic product, market and pricing development.

Blood was a co-founder and vice president, sales and business development, of API Outsourcing, Inc., specializing in A/P and A/R finance and billing applications for large corporations. He also served in executive sales positions with ComTec, Inc. (recently acquired by CSG), First Data Corp., IKON Corp., and AT&T Wireless Services.
