Intelbahn Inc./UnionTown Energy Announces Filing With FINRA for Name Change and Stock Dividend

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - November 24, 2010) - Intelbahn Inc. / UnionTown Energy Inc. (OTCBB: INBH), an Independent Oil & Gas Company, today announced that it has filed a corporate action request with FINRA to effect the name change of the Company from Intelbahn Inc., to UnionTown Energy Inc., pursuant to its recent LOI and Purchase and Sale Agreement with Jay Hawk Energy, Inc., for the acquisition of its UnionTown Oil and Gas Property. In addition, the Company has also filed for a 2:1 stock dividend. The corporate actions are anticipated to take effect as to the dividend, on or around December 1, 2010 and the name change on or around December 5, 2010.
