InteleCom, Inc. Implements Unique Seamless OSS Platform for Billing, Customer Care and Data Management

INDIANAPOLIS, IN--(Marketwire - September 5, 2007) - InteleCom, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IECM) is pleased to announce that the Company has developed a unique seamless Operation Support System (OSS) to monitor, control, analyze, and manage all customer data. This world class OSS Platform seamlessly manages all automated customer functions, including online order processing, account provisioning, worldwide fulfillment and global shipping, customer care and email communications, billing and collections. The System also provides instant remote retail phone activation anywhere in the world through a web portal.

When an online order is placed, the new customer selects a monthly plan and then enters personal billing information and the shipping location. The OSS Platform then gives the customer several discounted shipping options based on the weight and destination of the package. The System then provisions their account and prints a commercial invoice for customs clearing, along with the shipping label for their package, eliminating any possibility of human error. The System then sends a shipment confirmation e-mail to the customer with a link to the FedEx reporting system for tracking package progress. The OSS Platform ensures InteleFone's ability to fulfill any quantity of daily orders.

Retail phones are activated remotely by entering the customer's personal information and calling plan selection. The System then provides the customer with their account information and provisions their new account in the network so the customer can immediately start saving money with their InteleFone service.

The OSS Platform also allows customers to access their "My Account" area to control their features, review their calling and billing history, or open a ticket with customer service. The InteleFone customer care agents also have real time access to all data in order to provide the best possible customer service. The OSS General Ledger component generates all the transactions necessary for management to track revenue, cash, A/R, A/P, taxes payable, customer liabilities, write offs, inventory, distributor commissions and more.
