Intellian Capital Advisors Advisory Services Division Adds New Managing Director

HAUPPAUGE, NY--(Marketwire - October 13, 2008) - Intellian Capital Advisors, LLC, a full service merchant banking firm, announced the addition of Marissa Hoffmann to its Advisory Services division, ICA Advisors LLC. Ms. Hoffmann is joining the company as managing director.

Prior to joining Intellian Capital Advisors, Hoffmann was a pricing analyst in the pricing group of a Fortune 500 company where she was responsible for pricing multi-million dollar national contracts. She began her career in the mortgage industry and then joined a boutique mergers and acquisitions firm, servicing the insurance industry, as a financial analyst. She holds a Bachelor's in Psychology from The State University of New York at Stony Brook where she also obtained an MBA in Finance. Hoffmann is currently pursuing a second graduate degree in accounting at The State University of New York at Old Westbury, and has successfully completed Level l of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
