Intellian Capital Advisors Launches Advisory Services Division, ICA Advisors, LLC

HAUPPAUGE, NY--(Marketwire - June 30, 2008) - Intellian Capital Advisors, LLC, a full service merchant banking firm, announces the launch of ICA Advisors, LLC, their Advisory Services division, and the addition of Bernard I. Gartenlaub and Vikram S. Arneja.

ICA Advisors provides strategic and management advisory services to middle market companies. The portfolio of services includes merger and acquisition transactions, divestitures, restructuring, and raising capital through a variety of vehicles.

The new division will be overseen by Intellian Managing Partner Ron Gray, along with Bernard I. Gartenlaub, Senior Managing Director of ICA Advisors, and Vikram S. Arneja, Director of ICA Advisors.

The addition of the Advisory Services division allows Intellian to serve its clients as a full service boutique investment banking firm. ICA has the ability to operate independently, providing clients with a wide range of business consultation services, industry insight and on-site strategic guidance. If additional capital is required by a client, ICA is equipped with a well thought-out business strategy that maximizes its ability to raise capital through its merchant banking division.

Bernie Gartenlaub

Gartenlaub has an extensive background in equity portfolio management and ran the Argo Explorer hedge fund for eight years, returning 36 percent compounded annually to his investors. Gartenlaub also has a wealth of experience in commercial real estate, and most recently was a principal in a highly profitable commercial real estate company located in New York. As an entrepreneur he has built and run several successful business enterprises.

Gartenlaub holds a BBA degree from the Frank Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University in New York. He holds a JD degree from Hofstra Law School.

Vikram S. Arneja

Vikram has diverse experience within the financial services industry, which includes financial modeling, due diligence, currency trading, liquidity management, financial reporting, project implementation, economic analysis and investment research. He assisted a private financial information services firm in the execution of a complex borrowing transaction to raise $9 billion, the largest transaction of its kind in the U.S. Arneja also executed currency trades for hundreds of millions of dollars and engaged in hedging currency risks to fund global expenses for the same financial services firm.

Arneja holds a BA in Economics from Binghamton University in New York and graduated magna cum laude from Dominican College, where he obtained a BS in Management.
