VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwire - Apr 25, 2012) - Intelligent Living Corp. ("ILVC") (OTCBB: ILVC), a leading provider of green building solutions, today announced completion of a pilot condominium renovation project in Vancouver's trendy and high density downtown False Creek Fairview Slopes neighborhood. The Company undertook the extensive renovation of the 11 year old penthouse condominium to evaluate the buy, renovate and sell potential of older condition condominiums, located in upscale urban core neighborhoods, that have been transformed with intelligent living products and technology into new age smart homes. This project was the ideal vehicle to test the market," said Michael Holloran, CEO of Intelligent Living Corp. "The Vancouver market has been balanced over the past two years and is forecast to remain so in the near term. Based on the success of this project, the strength of the market, our ideal positioning and the potential to significantly increase revenue, we have developed the pro-forma business case and are evaluating ways and means of becoming operational in this sector over the coming year."
