Intelligent Sports, Inc. Announces First Annual Holiday Basketball Tournament

UPLAND, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 15, 2006 -- Intelligent Sports, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IGTS) wholly owned subsidiary "Nothin' But Net" (NBN) Basketball is pleased to announce their first annual Holiday Basketball Tournament. The tournament will be held on December 16 and 17, 2006 in Upland, California and is open to boys and girls from 3rd through 8th grades.

The event is a new addition to a growing series of tournaments, leagues and clinics hosted by NBN Basketball. In addition to generating revenue, the events introduce the Intelligent Sports, Inc. organized youth fitness and academic programs to potential clients and investors. "Nothin' But Net" was founded by Thomas Hobson in 1996. The NBN concept is to provide a competitive basketball program in local communities for kids ages 9 through 18 that want to continue to develop and improve their individual game skills. The Holiday Tournament is separated into six divisions based on grade level and teams are guaranteed a minimum of three games. It will be held at the Upland Sports Arena in Upland, CA. Individual and team awards will be given and the entry fee is $200 per team. The deadline to register is December 9, 2006. American Athletic Union (AAU) guidelines apply and California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) rated referees will officiate.
