Intelligent Sports, Inc. Attains Goals This Year in Preparation for Breakthrough Year in 2007

UPLAND, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 28, 2006 -- Intelligent Sports, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IGTS) looks forward to the new year and to continuing their successful campaign to help kids grow athletically and intellectually. The Company maintained a strong base of teen and pre-teen participants for their programs and looks forward to expanding all of their offerings in the coming year.

The Company's wholly owned subsidiary, "Nothin' But Net" (NBN) Basketball, concluded the year full of activities by selling out their first annual Holiday Basketball Tournament in December for boys and girls in grades 3 through 8. It also celebrated a record turnout for both the "Nothin' But Net" (NBN) Fall Basketball League and the 6th Annual "Nothin' But Net" (NBN) Thanksgiving Shootout Basketball Tournament in November.

Each year more than 20 million youths register to play organized sports in the United States. Intelligent Sports, Inc.'s CEO Thomas Hobson enlisted the aid of his associates in the business and sports industries to increase the popularity of his annual basketball tournaments and to expand the company's youth programs. The success of the original tournaments a decade ago inspired the creation of Intelligent Sports, Inc.

This summer Intelligent Sports appointed former NBA star Reggie Theus and NFL Hall of Famer Kellen Winslow to its Board of Directors. Both contributed their extensive knowledge and contacts within the realm of sports and entertainment to assist with corporate sponsorships, partners, and business development.

"It has been a rewarding year because we have gotten people to understand what we offer. We've kept a good bunch of kids involved in the various programs and it's incredible to witness the improvements they make physically, socially and academically. We will continue to expand into additional spectrums and demographics as we grow our company," stated Thomas Hobson, CEO of Intelligent Sports, Inc.

Intelligent Sports, Inc. plans to open its new youth fitness facility in Southern California in the coming year. It will be a full-service youth health club that will offer fitness circuit training using state-of-the-art equipment with nutrition programs and personal training.
