Intelligent Sports Signs Letter of Intent With Leading Fitness Equipment Manufacturer

Company Positions Itself as Competitor in $4.6 Billion Market

UPLAND, CA--(Marketwire - November 20, 2007) - Intelligent Sports, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IGTP) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a Letter of Intent ("LOI") with SportsArt Fitness, Inc., the largest single brand fitness manufacturer in the world. The agreement opens the door for Intelligent Sports, Inc. develop a multiple year, exclusive Partnership Agreement to market and sell SportsArt Fitness products directly to retailers.

The partnership with SportsArt Fitness will further position the Company as a competitor in the $4.6 billion exercise equipment retail market in the United States. Intelligent Sports will capitalize on the demand for home exercise equipment with a marketing and sales campaign under its "Create Space for Exercise" concept which will feature customized workout programs, nutritional guidance, targeted newsletters, as well as delivery and installation.
