IntelliResponse Appoints David Lloyd as its New President

Former Chief Technology Officer to Assume Top Leadership Position as IntelliResponse positions for Next Stage of Growth

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 17, 2009) - IntelliResponse, the Instant Answer Agent, today announced that David Lloyd has been appointed to the position of President of the organization. Lloyd will assume an executive position on the company's board of directors. The company also announced today that Mike Dufton has stepped down from his role as CEO of IntelliResponse and will assume a non-executive position on the company's board of directors.

Prior to joining IntelliResponse, Lloyd was the Chief Information Officer with Dexit Inc., a publicly traded electronic payment provider, where he was responsible for all technology, software and hardware development, production and operations, project management and product development. Prior to joining Dexit, Lloyd held senior leadership positions at Carlson Marketing Group U.S., where he managed the delivery, development and management of their U.S. technology assets and SalesDriver, a SaaS provider of on-line sales force incentive programs.
