Intelliworks Taps Veteran Software Sales Executive Lee Ramsayer as Vice President of Sales

ROCKVILLE, MD -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 2, 2005 -- Intelliworks, Inc., the leader in collaborative customer relationship management (CRM) software for the higher education market, today announced that Lee Ramsayer has joined the Rockville-based company as vice president of sales. With more than 18 years of experience with Microsoft, BearingPoint and Oracle Higher Education in sales and executive management positions, Ramsayer will be responsible for the strategy and operations of the sales organization at Intelliworks.

Most recently, Ramsayer was General Manager, US State and Local Government Sales and Consulting Services for Microsoft. Prior to Microsoft, Ramsayer worked for BearingPoint, Inc where he was responsible for selling and delivering their Managed Service offerings into the public sector. Ramsayer also spent 13 years at Oracle in various leadership roles including establishing a sales vertical focused on the Higher Education marketplace, where he served as vice president of Oracle Higher Education. In this role, he was responsible for developing, managing, and communicating software solutions specific to Higher Education. Ramsayer held multiple client advisory roles and participated in a variety of industry panels and conference presentations. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics from Muskingum College.
