Intentia Americas Inks Deal With Ingram Book Group

Distributor of Nearly 1 Million Book Titles Chooses Intentia for Complete Order-to-Cash System

SCHAUMBURG, IL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 13, 2005 -- Intentia, a global provider of enterprise solutions for the manufacturing, distribution and maintenance industries, today announces that Ingram Book Group Inc. will implement Intentia's next generation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.

The new system will support four facilities and all Ingram operations from order entry to accounts receivable, and it will replace several legacy applications.

Ingram will use an IBM iSeries hardware platform for its new Java-based Intentia solution, which will ultimately support approximately 300 Ingram users. The distributor carries nearly one million book titles and serves more than 30,000 customers.
