Interactive Day San Diego Returns June 20 and 21, 2013

The West Coast's Premier Digital Marketing Event Brings Industry Experts, Extraordinary Digital Marketing Sessions, and Top-Notch Networking to San Diego

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - Jun 13, 2013) - Interactive Day San Diego, the West Coast's premier digital marketing event, will return on June 20 and 21, 2013; announced by the San Diego Ad Club and sponsored by U-T San Diego and Mindgruve.

The eighth annual IDSD, which is expected to host over 1,000 attendees, will feature keynotes and presentations from industry thought leaders, more than twenty sessions on key digital marketing topics, and a "Shark Tank"-inspired startup competition designed specifically for tech and digital entrepreneurs.

IDSD 2013's 20+ sessions will be led by top industry influencers including Wade Forst, Director of Emerging Experiences at Razorfish; Jeremy LaCroix, Head of UX/Design and Product, Mobile Publishing at AOL; Danny Gray, Manager at Google; and Dan Zarrella, Social Media Scientist at HubSpot. Attendees can take in sessions covering valuable topics like SEO and analytics, native advertising, content marketing, and social media strategy.

IDSD also features its own SharkTank competition, which gives startups the opportunity to compete for lucrative connections with venture capitalists and $5,000 in backing, courtesy of Procopio. New for this year, SharkTank will give all applicants the chance to meet one-on-one with established investors, or "whales."

Interactive Day also boasts an agency showcase area, an extensive tradeshow, and multiple networking mixers. Early bird tickets are available through June 16, with regular price tickets available through the date of the event.
