Interactive Games Announces Launch of JamDirect.com

Company to Capitalize With Online Tickets, Ringtone and M-Commerce Markets

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 12, 2005 -- Interactive Games Inc. (OTC BB: IGAM), a developer and licensor of interactive casino technologies and mobile gaming applications, today announced the launch of www.Jamdirect.com, a premiere entertainment destination portal featuring online tickets to all concert, sport and theater events, download of ringtones, wallpapers and music news and features. www.JamDirect.com will seek to become the premiere portal for hard-to-find tickets for sold-out concert, sports and theater events across the United States. The state-of-the-art m-commerce site will enable visitors to purchase online event tickets by providing a connection to buy or sell hard-to-find tickets to any event across the United States. These events include U2, ColdPlay, Rolling Stones, Elton John and Celine Dion tickets for current touring dates in the music category, New York Yankees, Boston Red Socks and Florida Marlins tickets among others in Sports Categories as well as Wiggles to Wicked tickets in the family and theater categories.

Revenues from mobile ticketing applications will help turn the global mobile commerce market into an $88bn industry by 2009, according to a new report from Juniper Research. Digital goods such as mobile entertainment (ringtones, games, wallpaper, gambling and so on) will continue to be the largest application for buying and selling via the mobile phone, but ticket purchases will also emerge as a major application area by 2007 with revenues totaling $39bn by 2009. The report also reveals that train and bus travel, cinemas and theatres, as well as car parking, will be key ticketing application areas. Mobile users have already started to show interest in ticketing particularly in Europe and Japan.

Ringtones generated approximately $4 billion in sales worldwide in 2004 (Consect, Q1 2005), and are expected to generate $724 million in sales in the U.S. by 2009. Fueled by steady growth in cell phone ownership by teens -- nearly half of all U.S. teens and tweens (10-18 year olds) now have a cell phone (NOP World Technology, March 2005). In addition, the total number of wireless subscribers in the U.S. now exceeds 180 million (CTIA, March 2005), and according to an article in the New York Times, cell phone users are increasingly using their phones as their primary phone book. "Our entry into the mobile commerce market could not have happened at a more opportunistic time. Our "inhouse" technology team which developed Jamdirect.com, has created a "Ticketmaster meets Napster" model never before seen in the online e-commerce and mobile commerce sectors. Our relationships with National Association of Ticket Brokers and partnership with Toy's Tickets and Entertainment provides us with an existing client and revenue base, making us a meaningful player in this industry." We believe that www.JamDirect.com will soon become the onestop and household name for online event tickets, ringtones and eventually music downloads through our aggressive marketing plan and strategic alliances," stated co-founder Michael Friedman for Jam Direct, a wholly owned division of Interactive Games.

The Company recently announced a non-binding LOI to acquire entertainmentbroker.com and all assets of the New York-based Company. After further due diligence and continued requests for additional financial data from Entertainment broker, it was determined by the board of Interactive Games that Entertainment broker could not meet the necessary investment criteria and due diligence test needed to support the acquisition costs and dilution of the Company. "Although entertainmentbroker.com seemed initially like a sincere opportunity and starting point for our company, it was soon determined not to be the right fit and offer the same benefit to our shareholders as creating our own entity from scratch in JamDirect. As a result of launching JamDirect, we now own 100% of the business, have a larger client base and revenue opportunity through marketing partners, with no dilution to the company and shareholders," further stated Friedman.
