Interest in Cyber Tracker "Remarkable"; Market Sees Device Providing a Needed Solution

ASHEVILLE, NC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 2, 2006 -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (OTC: HISC) reports that the interest in its patent-pending Cyber Tracker is growing at a rate that the sales force is describing as "remarkable." The Cyber Tracker is a revolutionary GPS device that features reliable GPS tracking, geo-fencing, and Push-to-Talk technology. The Cyber Tracker is currently being marketed by ActSoft, a Tampa-based GPS software company that is currently being acquired by Homeland Integrated Security Systems. ActSoft is currently providing both web-based and client-based GPS software applications for the Cyber Tracker. The ability to offer a combined hardware/software solution allows Homeland Integrated Security Systems to easily integrate iDEN solutions for its customers.

"Interest in the product has been remarkable with a very fast growing pipeline," said Tony Esposito, Vice president of Sales and Marketing for Actsoft. "We have already begun fulfilling orders for the Cyber Tracker and we expect it to fill a gap in the market that no other company has attracted."

"We have been confident all along that the response to the Cyber Tracker would be strong, and the results over the last few weeks have proven that to be true," said Frank A. Moody, II, CEO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems. "With the nationwide ActSoft sales force at work, I expect we will see an even stronger response in the weeks ahead."

The Cyber Tracker is currently the only portable, low-cost device that supports Push to Talk, tracking and computer functions without utilizing a cellular phone. The Cyber Tracker incorporates a single board design with the Motorola io200 modem, the Intel X scale processor, an extended battery life along with exclusive Cyber Tracker technology. This allows the unit to work as a portable processing device, creating a product with no boundaries or wires at a reasonable cost. The Cyber Tracker's convenient rugged design (5" x 5" x 1") makes it applicable in a variety of situations where it is necessary to know the exact location of a person or object.
