TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Oct. 12, 2005) - Interfleet, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Grey Island Systems International Inc., (TSX VENTURE:GIS) today announced a number of new government contracts in Canada and the U.S. Interfleet has secured contracts with the Town of Amherst Police Department, Town of Amherst Public Works Department, Town of Quispamsis Public Works Department, Middletown Ohio Department of Public Works, Stark County Ohio Engineer's Office, and an additional agency in New York City, now totaling 4 New York City agencies using InterFleet.

"The breadth of new customers demonstrates the flexibility of the Interfleet application to meet the needs of many diverse public fleets. Finally, the Town of Amherst Police Department will be installing "officer down" capabilities enabling officers to remotely communicate an emergency alarm to dispatch both in the vehicle or while attending on scene.

"As we continue to work to assist our customers' in running their operations safer and more efficiently, we will continue to add new features to the Interfleet application to make their jobs easier," said Chris Body, US VP Sales and Marketing.
