Interfor Announces the Retirement of Sandy Fulton, Chief Operating Officer


VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 15, 2012) - INTERNATIONAL FOREST PRODUCTS LIMITED ("Interfor" or the "Company") (TSX:IFP.A) announced today that Sandy Fulton, Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, has decided to retire from the Company effective February 1, 2012. He will continue to work with the Company on a consulting basis to oversee capital projects including the rebuild of the Grand Forks mill which is currently underway. Mr. Fulton joined Interfor in 2004 as Senior Vice President, U.S. Operations and was promoted in 2007 to his present position.
