Interlink's On-Demand eSignature Service Now Integrated With NetSuite

IntegriSign® Express Enables NetSuite Employees and Customers Worldwide to eSign Quotes, Estimates, and Contracts in Minutes

CAMARILLO, CA--(Marketwire - April 28, 2009) - Interlink Electronics®, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: LINK), a leading provider of on-demand esignature solutions, announces that IntegriSign Express, a secure and simple esignature solution, is now seamlessly integrated with NetSuite, a leading vendor of on-demand, integrated business management software suites for the mid-market enterprise and divisions of large companies. With IntegriSign® Express, NetSuite customers can now access, within the NetSuite user environment, powerful esigning capabilities for handling quotes, estimates, and contracts in a matter of minutes.

"NetSuite is a driving force in cloud computing," explains Mr. Rod Vesling, Senior Vice President and Officer for eTransactions at Interlink Electronics. "Adding our esignature Software as a Service (SaaS) enables a completely integrated electronic signing process which is a natural complement to NetSuite's offering."

IntegriSign Express helps NetSuite customers and employees avoid the manual process of signing documents; there's no need to print an eform, fax it, and then scan the signed document back into the system. A manual process is slow and inevitably results in lost or misfiled documents, while a 100 percent electronic transaction minimizes human error, reduces the risk of tampering, and increases efficiencies.

"IntegriSign Express is having a major impact on our operations," explains Michael Kulisch, NetSuite's Worldwide Manager of Referral Partner Programs. "The entire process, from sending the contract to capturing the required signatures, resides within our web-based application. This allows our operations team to easily manage our large end-of-month deal flow and allows our sales team to focus on closing deals, rather than faxing, printing, scanning, and other low-value administrative tasks."

NetSuite utilized the IntegriSign Express Application Programming Interface (API) to seamlessly add the esignature functionality to their web application.

About IntegriSign Express

IntegriSign Express is a SaaS esignature solution that has been integrated within NetSuite. NetSuite's sales organization and customers can initiate esigning processes by taking the following steps:

1. eMail Document for eSignature
    - Clicking the "Send Signature" tab within NetSuite triggers the
esigning process. The originator enters the signatories' email
addresses and uploads the PDF document to IntegriSign Express.
2. Capture eSignature Online
    - IntegriSign Express sends an email invitation to the signatories.
The email contains a link back to the server where the signatories
       electronically sign the document.
3. Receive eSigned PDF
    - Once the process is complete, the esigned PDF is sent to the
signatories and to the originator of the process. A copy of the
final PDF can also be automatically sent to designated individuals
who were not part of the signing process -- for example, to the
       legal department.
4. Archive eSigned PDF
    - The esigned PDF can be archived within NetSuite or another document
       management system.
