Intermap also filed audited 2004 financial statements which have been converted from Canadian dollars to U.S. dollars for consistency with the Company's current reporting policy.

The prospectus was filed in relation to a bought deal financing agreement with Canaccord Capital Corporation that was announced in a press release on October 14, 2005.

The Company has historically prepared its consolidated financial statements in Canadian dollars. As a result of the continued expansion of the Company's U.S. operations, a significant and growing U.S. customer base, and because the majority of its global revenue and assets are denominated in U.S. dollars, the Company elected to adopt the U.S. dollar as its reporting currency effective January 1, 2005.
