International Apparel Group Signs Exclusive Licensing Agreement for Famous Athletic Footwear Brand, Pony

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - July 18, 2007) - Total Luxury Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TLEI) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary International Apparel Group, Inc. has recently signed an exclusive licensing agreement for the Pony label for all Men's and Young Men's apparel products, which covers the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Pursuant to the terms of the license agreement, IAG will develop active wear and lifestyle apparel products featuring the Pony name and chevron logo, as well as a line of vintage Pony apparel products.

Pony, founded in 1972, is a designer, distributor, and marketer of high-performance and casual athletic footwear and apparel for men, women and children. With the acquisition of Pony International in April 2006 by an investment group led by Infinity Associates LLC and the hiring of footwear industry veteran Kevin Wulff as President and CEO, Pony is positioning itself for a major re-launch in performance and lifestyle footwear.

Mr. Wulff has recently commented, "I am excited by the opportunity to lead this extraordinary company with its strong global sports heritage. Pony is one of the few athletic footwear brands that has successfully outfitted world-class athletes across a broad spectrum of competitive disciplines, including basketball, football, soccer, baseball, boxing and gymnastics to name a few. I look forward to rebuilding Pony to its former glory, while also looking at strategic alliances to grow and complement the Company."

COO and IAG President Janon Costley adds, "We are very excited about this license as it allows the company to return to our strengths in the area of sports apparel and active wear. We understand the heritage and tradition of the Pony brand and we intend to create a unique new collection of Pony brand athletic apparel that incorporates authentic sports styling with high-quality fabrics and a variety of details, trims and applications that bridge the gap between Pony's storied past and current industry trends."

The deal was consummated under the guidance of the licensing specialists of The Meriwether Group. "After we spoke with Pony as to what they were planning for the brand, we quickly identified a few targeted companies as potential licensees. International Apparel Group stood out head and shoulders above the others. Their past experience with professional athletes and sports apparel, such as Converse, ABA and Original Gear, and their understanding of how to work under strict licensing guidelines made them particularly attractive," explained Ken Barker, president of The Meriwether Group.
