The International Association of Exhibitions and Events Adopts Technology From Attendee Interactive

BALTIMORE, MD--(Marketwire - December 17, 2008) - In December of 2008, the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) signed a contract announcing Attendee Interactive (AI) as the sole technology provider of its AI-Evolution's Speaker Module.

IAEE is always looking for new ways to use technology, so in 2009 at their annual meeting and exhibition in Atlanta, they will be using AI's Speaker Module. This module will significantly reduce staff time and paperwork by electronically processing evaluations of speakers and sessions. It also allows speakers to see comments and results from the surveys at their convenience in their on-line "ready room."

IAEE's annual conference features 80 speakers, 45 topics, and 90 sessions over a 3-day event. Previously, evaluations were hand-written, entered into a database, tabulated by hand, then formatted for presentation to speakers and program committees.

In 2009, it will all happen electronically thanks to AI-Evolution. Rick Jennings, Director, Strategic Alliances of IAEE, said, "We are excited about adopting this new technology and increasing our productivity. By using the power and efficiency of the software and the Internet, we are looking forward to reducing the amount of paper we use at our conference, which will enhance our 'Green' initiative."
