SPOKANE, WA--(Marketwire - November 19, 2007) - International Broadcasting Corporation Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IBCD) Director Ted Phillips is pleased to announce that he intends to purchase shares of IBCD beginning today for his personal account. Under insider trading rules, Mr. Phillips may purchase free trading shares out of the open market, but any shares purchased by him must be held for a minimum of 180 days before they can be resold.
