(OTCBB:ICTL) ("ICTV" or "The Company") a premier consumer products company employing the strength of revenue generating prominently profiled infomercial campaigns, to market and brand unique "Fountain of Youth" products to the global consumer through multi-channels of distribution including, Direct Response Television ("DRTV"), retail and the internet, is pleased to issue the following update.

The Derma Wand television infomercial campaign continues to reveal to the US consumer the Derma Wand's ability to diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and to demonstrate its exceptional skin rejuvenating qualities. With DRTV broadcasts on national cable networks and local broadcast station airings, the 30 minute Derma Wand infomercial generated inbound telemarketing and internet orders of $201,829.00 during the preceding 7 days. The Derma Wand order value is now averaging $28,833.00 per day. After analyzing revenue generation driven by previous media spends, the Company's management has now instructed its US media buyer, Euro RSCG Worldwide, to increase the television advertising media spend by 30%.

Also during this previous 7 day broadcast period the DermaVital Skincare Club ("DVSC") membership increased by 776 new members. A television ordering viewer who enrolls in the DVSC is purchasing on a continued monthly basis a 30 day supply of the Company's DermaVital skincare range. A DVSC member has $33.95 automatically charge to their credit card per month and product is then conveniently shipped to their door. The "Auto-ship Program" now allows the new member to enjoy a 60% savings off the non-member price. The DVSC continues to have an enrollment rate of over 50% per ordering customer generated by the Derma Wand television infomercial offer.
