International Commercial Television, Inc.: Derma Wand in the US Continues to Spring a Stunning Result

BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON--(CCNMatthews - March 26, 2007) - International Commercial Television, Inc. (OTCBB:ICTL) ("ICTV" or "The Company") a premier consumers products company employing the strength of revenue generating, prominently profiled infomercial campaigns to market and brand unique "Fountain of Youth" products to the global consumer through multi-channels of distribution including Direct Response Television ("DRTV"), retail and the internet, is pleased to issue the following update.

The Derma Wand television infomercial campaign continues to demonstrate the Derma Wand's exceptional skin rejuvenating qualities to the US consumer by way of national cable networks and local broadcast station airings. The Derma Wand infomercial is generating an in-bound telephone average order of $150.94 per calling and internet customer on a profitable basis. The average order figure includes a month membership in the DermaVital Skincare Club. In the month of January, 2007 the average weekly US television media spend was $36,683 and was progressively increased to $75,000.00 per week in the 3rd week in March. With the media spend now budgeted at $100,000.00 per week, an anticipation of increasing television media spends to $150,000.00 per week in the second quarter and a historical Media Efficiency Ratio ("MER") of 2.61, the Company expects to continue tracking with a sharp increase in gross revenues. Additional orders for Derma Wand kits totaling 40,000 have been placed by the Company with its manufacturer in anticipated short term orders from the expanding national television broadcast footprint and further international orders. The Derma Wand's orders from its manufacturer will be shipped by both sea and air freight as product demand is ahead of expectations. Further, the Company has placed additional orders for the DermaVital Hydra-Infusion Treatment - one of the Company's skincare products sold to its rising membership in the DermaVital Skincare Club ("DVSC"). A DVSC membership allows the joining member to purchase a 30 day supply of the Company's DermaVital skincare range automatically charged to the member's credit card and conveniently shipped to members monthly at a price of $33.95. A joining member benefits from a 60% savings off the non-member price. Enrollment in the DVSC continues to enjoy an enrollment rate of over 50% per ordering customer of the Derma Wand television infomercial offer.

With respect to the MER definition and calculation, it is a key industry ratio which is employed to determine the effectiveness of an infomercial campaigning to generate revenue. The MER is derived by dividing total dollar volume of orders generated by the television media cost, for example, if the Derma Wand infomercial television media spend per week is $150,000.00 and generates $391,000.00 in weekly gross orders, the MER is calculated to be a 2.61 to 1.

US Retail

By the continuing television exposure of the Derma Wand brand created by the Company's intensifying infomercial campaign; the Derma Wand is currently establishing dependable retail consumer awareness and pent-up demand at the traditional retail level. The Company now anticipates concluding a retail distribution agreement for the opening of traditional retail sales channels for all ICTV's "Fountain of Youth" product lines. Management believes that it will be in a position to announce a retail agreement shortly, as per the Company's news release of March 7th 2007.
