International Commercial Television, Inc.: DermaWand Is Headed to a Store Near You

BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON--(Marketwire - Sept. 8, 2008) - International Commercial Television, Inc. (OTCBB:ICTL) ("ICTV" or "The Company"), a premier consumer products company employing the strength of revenue-generating and compelling direct response television ("DRTV") for "Fountain of Youth" products to the global consumer, is pleased to report the following:

Retail Store Distribution:

During the past two months, ICTV management and its retail agents have conducted meetings with large national US based retail chains. As a result of these actions, the company has secured initial purchase orders for the nationwide retail placement of its DermaWand product. As part of the ongoing expansion of ICTV's DermaWand marketing plan, the retail campaign is slated for launch and continuation in the late third and fourth quarter of 2008. Management continues to conduct meetings with other large retain chains for an expanded retail rollout in 2009.

Based on the confidence of its retail representatives and representations made by national chain retail buyers, ICTV has placed significant orders with its manufacturing facilities for DermaWand product in its new retail packaging configuration. This will allow the company to facilitate the swift fulfillment of retail orders to its new points of distribution.

Expanded Media Campaign:

To supplement the branding established by the Company's on-going half hour infomercial DRTV campaign, ICTV has produced high impact direct response television ("DRTV") 120 and 60 second short form "spot" commercials for retail support that will increase retail traffic and sales for the DermaWand. This DRTV short form strategy will harness the power of short form's effective and flexible media during day parts and media outlets where long form infomercial media times are unavailable. For the fourth quarter of 2008, ICTV will be utilizing their DermaWand short form spots to deliver significant branding impressions to the target audience of females 35-64 while continuing to generate direct response orders.

The Company's media buying agency is planning to purchase short form spots which are expected to create an additional 33,000,000 branding impressions during the key holiday buying season of November 17th to December 23rd. The commercials will air both on major national cable networks and selected broadcast stations. These short form spots will take advantage of higher-reach day part airings that deliver to the targeted "eyeballs". The net result of the spot placement strategy is to begin shifting ICTV's traditional DRTV schedules into high reach time periods while increasing brand awareness among its target audience.

Management continues to present the DermaWand and its associated DermaVital skincare range to additional major US retail chains and expect further purchase orders. Due to competitive and commercial reasons the names of the retail chains are not being announced at this time.
