(OTCBB:ICTL) ("ICTV" or "The Company"), a premier, full-service international retail and direct response television (DRTV) marketing company targeting the multi-billion dollar health and beauty category, is pleased to announce that the Company's presentation of The Derma Wand and associated products achieved a "sell out" on a Ideal World live home shopping (UK) broadcast on October 14th 2005.

One of ICTV's "Fountain of Youth" products, the Derma Wand, was demonstrated live and at various times in a single 24 hour period, resulting in gross retail sales of 506,880.00 USD. This achievement was considered by both ICTV and Ideal World's management to be a remarkable milestone and the Derma Wand is now considered one of the most successful products in the history of Ideal World UK broadcasting. In concert with ICTV, Ideal World is now planning a significantly expanded live television Christmas broadcast promotion.
