International Datacasting Corporation, (TSX:IDC)—the global leader in advanced solutions for broadband multimedia content distribution via satellite--announced today a series of new orders for its 3D live solution prompted by the upcoming 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™.

This year the event will be broadcast in 3D for the first time and demand is high for IDC's Superflex SFX4104 Pro Video with integrated Sensio 3D decoding for delivery into digital cinema enabled theatres. IDC is booking new orders from both current IDC 3D live networks as well as new customers around the world from Australia, Brazil, Mexico, and France.
