International Merchant Advisors Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Assets of Good Health Network, Inc.

NASHVILLE, TN--(Marketwire - November 15, 2010) - International Merchant Advisors, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IMAI) announced today that it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire all of the assets of Good Health Network, Inc., a Florida corporation, in exchange for common stock of International Merchant Advisors, Inc.
