MONTRÉAL, QUÉBEC--(Marketwired - Oct. 24, 2014) - The International Police Association (I.P.A.) and its members express their condolences to the families of Warrant officer Patrice Vincent, Corporal Nathan Cirillo and to the Canadian military family at large.
