International Samuel Exploration Corp.: Black Water West- Targets Identified

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 2, 2010) - International Samuel Exploration Corp. (TSX VENTURE:ISS) ("Company") is pleased to announce it has completed a 440 line kilometre helicopter-borne DIGHEM electromagnetic (EM) geophysical survey, on its recently acquired Blackwater West property.

The Company engaged the services of Intrepid Geophysics to undertake a detailed analysis of the airborne data. Their analysis has identified several promising areas.

There are two anomalies within a general magnetic low in the northwest of the property, specifically 10290C and 10280C. This magnetic low may represent the best 'look-alike' to the magnetic low occurring in conjunction with the Blackwater-Davidson mineralization of Richfield Ventures.

A prominent magnetic high in the northeastern portion of the property, may indicate the core of another Cretaceous intrusion into the Ootsa Lake Formation, (Nechako Plateau Group). This may represent a rhyolite flow and tuffs not currently identified on the published geology map and the anomaly character suggests a deep-seated body. Target 10150C lays on the south flank of this magnetic anomaly. Two other 'high-priority' targets 10050B and 10050C lay on either side of the anomaly. The SE-trending resistivity low and magnetic linear, suggests a fault or similar structure. In the south-west corner of the property, a magnetic low coincides with a generally conductive area and a relatively tight cluster of bedrock anomalies are identified in the area, 10510A, 10510B, 10520A and 10530B.

The Company is planning an aggressive exploration program for the newly identified areas. See website for details -
