International Samuel Exploration Starts Drilling on RASP Property

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 29, 2010) - International Samuel Exploration Corp. (TSX VENTURE:ISS) ("Company") is pleased to announce it has commenced drilling on its 100% owned RASP Property , located 120 kilometres north of Thompson, Man. Rodren Drilling, of Winnipeg, Man. is currently mobilizing the drill to the first hole. The Rasp property was previously drilled by Cominco in 2001.

Conrad Swanson, president of Samuel, states: "We are excited to be drilling the RASP. Based on our analysis we think that we have a good chance of encountering a significant the conductor "

The Rasp property contains a strong electromagnetic conductor with a gravity anomaly and a flanking magnetic anomaly. The strong electromagnetic conductor has a strike length of 600 metres. Only one previous drill hole was drilled at this conductor; diamond drill hole RA202-01 was drilled by Cominco Ltd. in 2001. This drill hole may not have intersected the conductor itself. Instead, the drill hole probably encountered stringer mineralization near the main conductor.

All the technical information for this release has been reviewed by the vice-president of exploration and director of International Samuel Exploration. Derrick Strickland, P.Geo. the qualified person responsible for the RASP Property program.
