Interneer Names Industry Expert Bob Khanpour as Chief Technology Officer

Widespread Market Adoption of Interneer's Product and Services Drive Need for Continued Technology Innovation and Product Development

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - May 1, 2008) - Interneer Inc. (www.Interneer.com), the company that revolutionized the business process and workflow software market with its Instant Application Platform (IAP), today announced that industry expert Bob Khanpour has joined the company as Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Khanpour will leverage more than 18 years of technology leadership to drive innovation and expand the technology leadership that has propelled Interneer's extraordinary growth it experienced in the past 12 months.

"In today's challenging economy, businesses must adapt their processes and streamline every aspect of their operations, making business process and workflow software a requirement," said Michael Edell, CEO and President of Interneer. "Bob's deep technical expertise and keen understanding of enterprise workflow will make a significant contribution as Interneer continues to deliver next-generation solutions that help companies improve productivity and accelerate the achievement of business goals."

Interneer's Instant Application Platform (IAP), quickly becoming the de facto standard, enables companies to translate their business processes into browser-based enterprise applications with dynamic workflow, in weeks -- WITHOUT the need for code. The IAP allows users the convenience of being able to customize the solution to fit their exact business needs and make changes to the software in minutes, unlike rigid, out-of-the-box software, which plays a significant part when deciding on software.

Before joining Interneer, Mr. Khanpour was the founder, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Architect of Lending Dynamics, Inc., an independent consulting firm that provided business and product development, design, management and integration to medium and large businesses. The firm's clients included Countrywide Financial, Kaiser Permanente, and the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services. Prior to that, he was vice president of technology at Ellie Mae Inc., a provider of B2B exchange services and technology solutions for the financial industry, where he founded the B2B/B2C exchange platform, electronic pricing and submission system (ePASS), Clickloan and other products. In addition, he was responsible for the integration of Ellie Mae technologies with numerous other businesses.

"Interneer offers me an opportunity to apply my experience expertise in building large scale, multi-million dollar enterprise projects to one of the most exciting and vital enterprise solutions of this decade," said Bob Khanpour, CTO, Interneer. "The IAP platform is an imperative tool that helps businesses cut development time and total cost of ownership for companies across a wide range of industries. Essentially, it is a vital tool for any business striving to succeed in today's economy."
