Internet Broadcasting Extends Online Publishing Partnership With Morgan Murphy Media Group; Adds KXLY-TV in Spokane to IB Partnership

ST. PAUL, MN--(Marketwire - September 3, 2009) - Internet Broadcasting (IB, www.ibsys.com), the leading provider of local media Web sites, content and advertising revenue solutions, today announced both an extension of and a new addition to its online publishing partnership with Morgan Murphy Media for Web, content, and local digital marketing services.

As part of the modified partnership agreement, Morgan Murphy Media will transition TV station Web site KXLY-TV (ABC), Spokane, WA (www.kxly.com), to IB, and, in addition, has extended the term of WISC-TV (CBS), Madison, WI (www.channel3000.com) on the IB platform. The decision to move KXLY.com to IB is part of an effort to attract new visitors and advertisers to the site and thereby drive online revenue. Doing so enables Morgan Murphy to align their local digital brands across Internet and mobile as well.

"The heritage between IB and our company spans over a decade," said Brian Burns, Vice President and COO of Morgan Murphy Media, whose property Channel3000.com was IB's fifth client. "Their expertise in driving audience engagement and incremental revenue to converged media properties has been successful in Madison and we look forward to duplicating that success in Spokane and eastern Washington. IB possesses the industry expertise and technology platform to meet our evolving needs and those of our advertisers in both Wisconsin and Washington as digital and mobile media play a more important role how content is delivered."

David Lebow, CEO of Internet Broadcasting, said, "The media industry and landscape has changed since the beginning of our relationship. IB has evolved with Morgan Murphy Media, and they have remained a true innovator and market leader. Brian is as well-versed about all things Internet as they come. We are thrilled to move into the future with such a forward-thinking media partner."

Added Lebow, "Extending and expanding this meaningful partnership shows a great vote of confidence in us from one of our most long-standing partners. Our commitment to them remains strong, and together we will work diligently to advance their media properties to the next level. It's rewarding and exciting to be part of their future growth plans and to help grow their online audience and revenue while transforming their TV brands onto the Internet and mobile."

An industry pioneer in media since 1890, Morgan Murphy Media today operates nine TV stations, 12 radio stations, Internet and New Media operations, and Madison Magazine.
