Internet Commerce Corporation and CIT to Market New Services for Microsoft Windows Vista™

NORCROSS, GA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 9, 2007 -- Internet Commerce Corporation (ICC) (NASDAQ: ICCA), a leader in business-to-business e-commerce solutions, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with CIT Group Inc., a leading global provider of commercial and consumer finance solutions, to host on behalf of CIT, IP Commerce, Inc's., IP Payments Framework (IPPF). The framework can be utilized to host payments networks as well as free toolkits to connect services, devices and applications to an open payments marketplace.

As a member of PASS™ (Payment as a Secure Services), CIT will leverage the IPPF to provide small businesses using the Windows Vista operating system access to financing solutions -- equipment financing, small business lending, payment protection and factoring solutions.
