Internet Commerce Corporation (ICC) Reaffirms Prior Guidance for Fiscal Second Quarter

NORCROSS, GA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 11, 2005 -- Today Internet Commerce Corporation (ICC) (NASDAQ: ICCA), a leader in the use of the Internet for business-to-business e-commerce solutions, released preliminary results for fiscal third quarter 2005, ended April 30, 2005.

ICC's results for third quarter is as follows:

--  Revenue of approximately $4.1 million, up approximately $600 thousand
    from fiscal second quarter of 2005
--  Adjusted EBIDTA of approximately $600 thousand, up approximately $329
    thousand from fiscal second quarter of 2005
