InterOil Announces Filing of Its 2008 Year-End Disclosure Documents

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 27, 2009) - InterOil Corporation (NYSE Alternext US:IOC)(NYSE Amex:IOC)(POMSoX:IOC), a Canadian company with operations in Papua New Guinea, today filed its Annual Information Form ("AIF"), Audited Consolidated Financial Statements and related Management's Discussion and Analysis ("MD&A") for the year ended December 31, 2008 with Canadian Securities regulatory authorities on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval ("SEDAR"). In addition, InterOil has filed on the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval ("EDGAR") system in the United States, its Annual Report on Form 40-F for the year ended December 31, 2008 which also includes InterOil's AIF, Audited Consolidated Financial Statements and related MD&A.

InterOil's Annual Information Form includes the Statement of Reserves Data and Other Oil and Gas Information and the Report of Management and Directors on Oil and Gas Disclosure required pursuant to Canadian National Instrument 51-101.
