MILPITAS, CA--(Marketwire - Aug 8, 2011) - Intersil Corporation (NASDAQ: ISIL) has extended its family of precision op amps, introducing a new 5V, ultra-low noise, chopper-stabilized zero drift rail-to-rail amplifier featuring half the noise of competitive amps that consume similar power. The ISL28134 is an excellent design choice for amplifying small signals in analog front ends that interface to pressure, temperature, medical, strain gage and inertial sensors. It is also ideal for low noise instrumentation systems by providing amplification before 24-bit delta sigma ADCs.
