Interstate Specialty EMI/RFI Gaskets and Seals are manufactured to OEM specifications from materials best suited for the application, including factors such as impact-, solvent-, and UV-resistance, heat, and flexibility. Featuring digital die-less cutting, they can be produced from solid, sponge, and fabric reinforced materials in virtually any shape and size from 0.250" up to 60" dia. and thicknesses from 0.003", depending upon material.
Available with or without pressure-sensitive adhesives, Interstate Specialty EMI/RFI Gaskets and Seals can be fabricated from nickel-copper polyurethane foam, electrically conductive elastomers, silicone, EPDM, neoprene, Buna, and fluorosilicone. These parts can provide high levels of attenuation up to 120 db, depending upon the material.
