Interstate's Prototype Die Cut Parts Program was developed to assist design engineers with speed to market product development and delivers finished sample parts in 2 to 5 days, depending upon material availability and part configuration. Utilizing automated digital dieless cutting machines that employ CNC programs, the parts produced feature exceptional edge quality, tight tolerances, and there are no tooling charges, claims the firm.

Suitable for most non-metallic materials, Interstate's Prototype Die Cut Parts Program can supply parts with tolerances to ±0.005", depending upon material and size.
