Intertainment to Launch Voice Powered Online Social Network for AGORACOM

Feature rich application offers communications, member benefits and revenue generation

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 28, 2008) - Intertainment Media Inc. ("Intertainment") is pleased to announce that it has entered an agreement with AGORACOM (http://www.agoracom.com), a leading North American small-cap community, to distribute Intertainment's Itibiti Softphone platform to its more than 150,000 investor members and monthly visitors. Intertainment and AGORACOM have agreed to a revenue sharing program from all advertising and related sponsorship and promotional programs that will provide Intertainment with recovery of the costs for delivering the service plus a significant share of the net profits. As part of the agreement, AGORACOM will distribute a fully custom branded version of Intertainment's Itibiti Softphone platform, providing online consumers with a Free computer based Voice Powered Social Network. The Softphone system offers a suite of services including online voice chat, integrated text chat, FREE local an long distance calling to land based and mobile phones, video / audio content and other services, combined with related advertising.

The Itibiti Softphone program offers AGORACOM and its marketing partners prime opportunities for the delivery of content, advertising and revenue generating services. Users will have the ability to share the Softphone with friends and family, promoting viral growth of the platform, taking the Softphone to consumers beyond AGORACOM's initial rollout.
