Intertape Polymer Group Announces Improvements to NovaShield(R) Warranty Program


MONTREAL, QUEBEC and BRADENTON, FLORIDA--(Marketwire - June 8, 2012) - Intertape Polymer Group Inc. ("Intertape", "IPG" or the "Company")(TSX:ITP), a global leader in developing, manufacturing and marketing innovative polyolefin coating technologies, announces improvements to the NovaShield® warranty program.

The NovaShield® brand is recognized as the industry leader for membrane structure /architectural fabrics and is now offering a program that gives customers one of the best warranties in the industry. All NovaShield® 400 with ArmorKote™ technology 12oz/yd² Membrane Structure Fabrics are subject to a new ten year limited warranty and all NovaShield® 500 with ArmorKote™ technology 15oz/yd² Membrane Structure Fabrics are subject to a new fifteen year limited warranty.
