InterVision Network Corporation (IVNET) Now the Exclusive Technology Backbone of Hip Hop Hall of Fame (HHHOF); Will Deliver HHHOF Content to Millions Globally on World Class Multimedia Network

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO--(Marketwire - April 24, 2008) - InterVision Network Corporation (PINKSHEETS: IVSW) (see website www.ivnet.tv) announced today the formation of a joint venture with the New York-based tourist attraction the Hip Hop Hall of Fame (HHHOF) that will make IVNET their exclusive technology backbone. IVNET brings HHHOF the ability to directly reach millions upon millions of potential museum visitors and online consumers around the globe. With the ability to have over 25 years worth of digitally re-mastered hip hop content disseminated to user computers, cell phones and internet protocol television outlets, on a world-class multimedia network with unparalleled Digital Rights Management (DRM) HHHOF Founder and CEO J.T. Thompson has found, in IVNET, a partner that will truly take him global.

"The Revolution will be televised and blogged, and the Hip Hop Hall Of Fame will be right there," said creator/producer J.T. "J-Train" Thompson. "This colossal deal with IVNET will change the game. I have already received great feedback from D.J. Quick of the Hip Hop Nation in America when he heard about this project. The Hip Hop Hall of Fame will promote fan participation, community leadership, urban development and user-based ownership, all on a global level."

Thompson continued, "Our multi-media broadcasting, publishing, and global distribution deal with IVNET has given the HHHOF and Hip Hop TV network entertainment brands the ability to tell Big Boys like MTV, BET and the BBC to move over. IVNET's world-class multimedia network levels the playing field on all multi-platforms and off-line businesses by enabling us to put millions upon million of eyeballs on our content. IVNET is also changing how the world interacts with the media and is a tool that empowers the people to bring about positive change. We are pleased that the Hip Hop Hall Of Fame awards show will return to television as seen on BET and on national syndication in 1992."

As part of the joint venture, IVNET will be the exclusive provider of a "turn key" multimedia network to the HHHOF. These valuable services will include use of IVNET's proprietary custom streaming server network with 283 distinct streaming servers located in secure Equinix data facilities, and built on a dark-fiber backbone power by telecom industry giants including Level 3 Communications and Deutsch Telekom. Other services will include custom web design, original graphic design, web hosting, video editing, video production, post production, live webcast streaming, video archive system creation and administration, online blogs/forum administration, cell phone streaming, iPhone and iPod transmission encoding, pay-per views including widows mobile pay-per views, 3GP encoding for video-card enabled cell phones and suitable internet platforms, merchandise fulfillment, turn-key e-commerce/merchant account hosting with open books membership, database collection, website hosting and marketing services.

"Now is the time to let the world know that IVNET is the premiere multimedia network for global broadcasting," said IVNET EVP of Marketing and Development Richard A. Luthmann. "We have begun the process of building a ready client base, targeting the 17,643 local television stations that will be directly affected by the analog to digital switchover in February of 2009. Where the cable companies like Comcast, Cablevision and Time Warner charge a monthly national average of $42,000 to broadcast content to a limited audience, IVNET has live streaming packages beginning as low as $5,000 per month. Local channels and other content providers now can reach local audiences and global audiences alike -- right on their computers and cell phones."

IVNET also announced that the scheduled April 26th broadcast of the MMA "King of the Streets" event has been postponed. Luthmann said, "Our broadcasts are top quality, and we ensure that the technological requirements are non-negotiable. This is why we can do what no one else in the world does as a provider of live streaming video delivery to a global audience."
