Personalized Emails Deliver a Differentiated Customer Experience for North America's Most Popular Mountain Destinations

Hardcore skiers and snowboarders can also receive immediate notification automatically triggered by prime snow and weather conditions.

A separate triggered email campaign helps frequent visitors decide when to head to the slopes. These visitors receive notification when a certain threshold of snow falls on a given day. Ideally suited for the drive-to market, the emails contain detailed snow and weather reports, as well as links to offers on lodging and other products and event schedules.
