Intrinsyc Announces Filing of Preliminary Prospectus for Public Offering of Common Shares

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - April 10, 2007) -


Intrinsyc Software International, Inc. (the "Company") (TSX:ICS), an industry leader in providing mobility software and services, announced today that it has received a receipt for a preliminary short form prospectus filed with the securities regulatory authorities in all provinces of Canada except Quebec in connection with a proposed public offering (the "Offering") of common shares ("Common Shares") of the Company.

Canaccord Adams will act as lead underwriter and together with Paradigm Capital Inc., Raymond James Ltd. and GMP Securities L.P. form the syndicate for the Offering. The final terms of the Offering will be determined in the context of the market.

The Company expects that net proceeds of the Offering will be used to fund sales, marketing and research and development related to the Company's mobility software business and for working capital and general corporate purposes.

The Offering is subject to receipt of all necessary approvals including the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange.
