(Intrix), a technology enabled ISO and leading payment processor, today announced it has acquired Merchant Processing USA based in Southfield, Michigan. Merchant Processing USA specializes in providing credit card and check-processing services to small and mid-sized business, including retailers, business-to-business providers and e-commerce companies.
This merchant portfolio acquisition is the fifth acquisition by Intrix this year. In addition to organic growth, Intrix is focused on strategic growth through acquisitions of targeted portfolios in specific verticals. Merchant Processing USA will become a fully integrated part of Intrix.
