ASG now offers a complete packaged solution for business service monitoring including professional services and implementation. ASG's Business Service Platform (BSP) provides everything necessary for real-time business service monitoring inclusive of auto-discovery for IT assets (hardware and software), network systems monitoring, asset management, unified device management, real-time business service status dashboards, IT process automation, and business rules. This will allow business and IT executives to better understand and prioritize service issues before they impact business operations.

This integrated BSP approach is made possible by utilizing ASG's Unified Management Architecture Technology (UMAT).
